Orders
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes — as long as it hasn’t shipped. Full refund if cancelled before dispatch. After shipping, unopened items can be returned per our return policy.
Q: Can I change my order after placing it?
A: Contact [email protected] right away. Changes are only possible before the order ships.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: 1–2 business days (processing) + 7–14 business days (shipping) = 8–16 business days total. Express shipping is available for urgent orders.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Monitor it anytime via the “Track Order” feature on our site.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit or I’m not happy with it?
A: Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. We cover return shipping for defects, wrong items, or sizing errors. Change-of-mind returns are at the customer’s cost. Note: opened pet beds, grooming tools, and consumables (e.g., treats) are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
Q: How long until I get my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we verify the return, depending on your payment provider.
